The award aims to honor and acknowledge the exceptional contributions of high-achieving Asterians who exemplify our core principles through their positive influence on patient and customer well-being.

1. Participants must be full-time employee or Doctor of Aster DM Healthcare having an employee ID or Fusion ID.
2. The award is open to employees from the India and GCC regions.
3. Participants should have completed a minimum of 2 years in the organization as of March 31, 2024.
4. The impact of the initiative entered by the participant in any category must have been implemented between 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024, except for Clinical Excellence for Doctors. For the 'Clinical Excellence in Doctors' category, the publications/research papers submitted by the participants will be from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2024. The impact assessment of this category will also be considered for the last two-year period.
5. Candidates applying for the Team Excellence category should note that the team lead must have been with the organization for a minimum of two years as of March 31, 2024. However, team members may have less than two years of tenure with the organization.

1. Nominations can be submitted by self, peers, supervisors, or department heads. Each nomination should include specific examples and instances that highlight the nominee's exceptional contributions to excellence.
2. Nominators can nominate peers/colleagues in one or more categories.
3. Self-nominations are limited to a maximum of two categories.

2. Clinical Excellence: Award for Nurses and Paramedics.
3. Service Excellence: All functions can apply.
4. Business Excellence: All functions can apply.
5. Volunteering Excellence: All functions can apply.
6. Team Excellence: All teams and cross-functional teams can apply.

1. Applications can be submitted online or offline by visiting drmoopensaward.com.
2. Online Self-Nomination: Fill out the form online and save the progress.
3. Offline Application Form: Download, fill, and upload the form.

Offline forms will take a minimum of 5 working days to reflect on the dashboard, while online forms will be visible immediately after submission.

1. Aster has appointed Ernst & Young LLP as the 'Process Advisors' to independently manage the evaluation process of the award.
2. Eligible applications are reviewed by the Jury, whose decisions are final.
3. Top finalists and winners may be featured by the Award Management.
4. Additional information or documents may be requested from participants at any stage.
5. Entries can be withdrawn by informing the Award Management in writing up to one week before the final ceremony.

1. Submission Opening: 30th May, 2024.
2. Submission Deadline: 22nd July, 2024.
3. Award Ceremony: 12th December, 2024.
